By reason of the contract dispute based on which [CYD] Co. Ltd. sued [DOC] Co.and this company, the defense hereby answers as follows:
We believe that this case is of no relevance of this company and request that theplaintiff’s claims against this company be dismissed.
This company has never had any contact or other dealings with either [DOC] Co.and [CYD] Co. Ltd. Neither have we entered into any advertisement broadcasting agreements in the World Economy Report program with either [DOC] Co. and [CYD] Co. Ltd., nor have we authorized either [DOC] Co. and [CYD] Co. Ltd. as our advertising agent. We therefore are not a relevant party in this case.
In relation to the acts and conduct between [DOC] Co. and the plaintiff and the injuries thus caused to the plaintiff, we are sorry and reserve our rights to pursue [DOC] Co. for the negative impact on our good will. We hereby solemnly declare that the acts or conduct of [DOC] Co. have not been permitted, consented to or authorized by this company, either expressed or implied, either before or after fact. This is a unilateral and invalid act with no legal force and is not protected by law.
Therefore, the plaintiff erroneously included this company as a defendant in this
case. We should not be held jointly and severably liable with [DOC] Co. Respectfully submitted to:
