考研英语道歉信作文

　　距离最后的考试只有近两个月的时间，最后的冲刺序幕正式拉开。英语复习到这个阶段，最重要的就是作文。要想在最后的考试成绩中脱颖而出，现阶段就必须要把精力放在分值占在30分的写作上。

　　考研英语中大作文的要求是内容切题、表达清楚、文字连贯、句式多变和语言规范。小作文考察点在信息点的覆盖、语言的准确性、文章组织的连贯性上。

　　其中小作文占10分，分为求职信、祝贺信、道歉信、询问信、推荐信、感谢信、邀请信、辞职信等等二十多种应用文。每个类别都有相对固定的语言模式，都有固定词语要求。道歉信是指因过失或疏忽做错了事，给别人带来了麻烦或损失，发觉后要立即写信给对方赔礼道歉时写的信件。道歉是一种礼貌，道歉信要写得坦率，诚恳。

　　道歉信通常包括三部分内容：1、表示歉意，道歉的原由;2、出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施;3、请求原谅。语言要诚挚，解释的理由要真实。好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。

　　写作“三步曲”：

　　表示歉意→说明具体原因、提出补救办法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。注意：

　　理由要尽量合理，违反生活常识将导致扣分;尽量提供一个合适的补救办法，使行文更加顺畅。

　　范文解析：

　　Directions: You were unable to attend Mr. Smith’s examination on International Business English Writing because you got sick that morning. Write a letter to express the reasons for not being able to attend it and apologize.

　　在考研英语的Part A 小作文部分，书信作为考查的重点所在，种类繁多。在前面我们曾就以题目为例，详细地解析过前五种书信：即建议信、投诉信、咨询信、感谢信和祝贺信的写作方法及其注意事项。今天中公考研英语教研组的张玉环老师就对考研英语小作文中的第六类书信——道歉信——进行深入的分析。

　　道歉信，英文中称为 letter of apology，是由于某事向某人表示歉意的信件，通常是由于自己的过错或不能履行承诺等而做出的道歉。写作时，一定要态度诚恳，提供合理的理由，并需在解释完原因后，尽可能提供一个合适的补救办法。道歉信曾在2008年英语(一)的小作文中考查过。作为英文应用书信的一种，道歉信非常符合考研英语的考查要求，既可考查考生的英语书面表达能力，尤其是应用文的英语表达能力，又可考查到考生对内容要点的归纳、概括、表述能力。

　　一般来说，在考研英语中，道歉信主体部分的.写作可按照三个步骤进行，即“三步走”策略。接下来就以题目为例，具体解析一下这个策略。

　　例题：

　　Directions：

　　You have just come back from Canada and found a music CD in your luggage that you forgot to return to Bob, your landlord there. Write him a letter to

　　1) make an apology, and

　　2) suggest a solution.

　　You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2.

　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Li Ming” instead.

　　Do not write the address.

　　题目要求向你在加拿大时的房东Bob写一封信，为自己未能在回国之前归还音乐CD而向他道歉，并提出解决方案。根据上面所提的道歉信写作“三步走”策略，具体操作如下：首段：I am writing to express my apology to you for my failing to return your music CD before I came back.

　　在“三步走”策略中，第一步就是要表明写信目的并且简述事由。正如上面的首段，只有一句话，首先非常清晰明了地说明写信目的。既然这是一封道歉信，那么写信的目的自然就是向收信人表示道歉，而这也正是题目所给出的写作要求之一。此外，在这句话中，表明写信目的之后还简要陈述了道歉的事由，使书信的交流功能更加准确和有效，这也是写信的常识问题。对于以上两点内容，简单来说，可用一句话表达，即I am writing this letter to express my apology to you for my failing to??

　　中段：Several days ago, I borrowed it when I lived in your house. Unfortunately, just now I found it in my luggage. I was in such a hurry that I forgot to return it to you. I will send it to you by post or express as soon as possible. If necessary, I will compensate for any troubles it may cause.

　　在道歉信中，本段的主要内容就是首先就上面所道歉之事进行详细的陈述，包括事情是如何发生的以及自己为什么会犯这个错误而给对方造成不便。告知对方原因之后，接下来要做的事情就是为自己犯下的错误买单，也就是要为自己给对方造成的不便或损失进行补偿、提出解决方案。做补偿时务必要记住的是态度一定要诚恳、真挚，所以补偿方案需要实虚结

　　合：既要有具体的、实实在在的解决方法，还要为可能造成的损失做出将会弥补的承诺，以在最大限度上获得对方的原谅。

　　尾段：Once again, I feel so sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please accept my apologies.本段中第一句话通过once again+I feel so sorry forany inconvenience caused的句型，再次表达了自己对收信人的道歉之意。之后，第二句话用一句非常简单的please accept my apologies表达了自己的期待，期待收信人接受道歉，进而原谅自己。

　　在考研英语的书信表达中，类似的首段或尾段的套用句式比较丰富，大家需要在复习过程中进行有意的积累，并在写作中加以运用：
