　　Life of the first term of class 2 grade 2 will come to an end soon .

　　it is my great honor to make a speech here for a conclusion of the term.

　　As the new year of 2010 is drawing near, here , happy new year and good luck to you all and hope everyone of you enjoy a good 20**.

　　How time flies.One term has passed so quickly.

　　We have done a lot of things which bring us a lot of happy memories, such as the learning of our class song “love cause it is in our heart”, our wonderful jurney to jintai temple, your excellent performance for teachers especially for hayden yesterday, as well as the most important thing---going smoothly all the way through our school life and study.

　　I should say, you did it and I’m so proud of you!

　　Looking back, there are so many things that remind us of the past time and those are the happiest time for us to treasure cause that is our life and our trying to make our dreams come true through all those hard times.

　　however, as time goes by, I see that everyone of us has realized that there’s still a long way for us to go and we’ve got to go cause that is the very beginning, and we see hope there , there ‘s still many things waiting for us to take actions , dreams for us to fulfill, difficulties for us to overcome, life for us to bear or enjoy, study or harder times are still ahead.

　　However, no matter what will happen.We should say we are ready for it.As the saying goes,nothing is impossible for a willing heart.

　　east or west, action is the best.it"s never too late to take actions.

　　So, here comes my advice for the future learning and spring vacation.try to make a good plan for ourselves.

　　Those who are absent-minded and wondering around without a plan will never succeed.

　　We should make a plan according to the fact we will face.

　　Maybe we can find a time for more books in the bookshop.

　　Find a time everyday for our study, or a time getting together with our family members to share the happy new year and go for more lucky money.

　　The key point is that we should stick to our plan and try to make a profit out of it.

　　Maybe I will call you later on new year’s day to remind you of your study and say hello and happy new year of course.

　　But the truth is that you have to depend on yourselves.

　　What you keep doing on holidays and every step of your moving on your study make a real difference when we meet again next term.

　　We will be very happy to see that all of us come back to school next year with a new look, and come back with courages and confidence which we always try to have.

　　So , try to relax and have a good sleep and do what you like to do and ….

　　But don’t forget our promises to meet here again next year, bringing with your great progress to share with us, your great confidence in study, and your good preparation for the next term.

　　a month had gone, but i felt that my gains were very little.

　　in this month, i read some documents whose topics were labor relations, i found that a lot of were very similar, and some of them were so difficult that i could not understand them.

　　at present, the labor relations in our country is not very harmonious, especially when the contract law had changed.

　　i think the main problems the about labor relations are as follows: firstly, it is that the quality and legal awareness of the bosses and staffs were not very high, because of these a lot of disputes had happened.

　　secondly, the laws in our country were not overall, as a result, the numbers of the contradictions were increased.

　　thirdly, the government did not respect for the law enforcement, in some provinces, the government did not given the enterprises who had did some wrong things in order to their rapid economic development.

　　i will spend a lot of time on them next month.

　　in this month, i got up at 6:40am and read english about an hour every morning.

　　besides this, i spent more than an hour on listening to the new concept english .

　　my english is very poor, i hope that i can improve my oral and listening english according to these.

　　at last, i think that i have not found a correct way to carry out my study, i must change this situation timely.
