如何写好一封优秀的推荐信【2】
1、选择合适的推荐人。
推荐人的选择很重要，申请者在选择推荐人时也不能马虎。
推荐人不仅要熟悉申请者的学习和工作，同时熟悉申请人的动机和学习计划，而且要与申请人有比较密切的交流。
在中国，申请者一般会碰到这样的问题，选择牛人，比如某某大学校长，某某中科院院士，他们因地位高而突显信誉。
这些人本和学生没有什么学术关系，但学生通过种种关系找到这种人推荐还是可以的。
选择熟悉的人，一般情况下是学生的老师，他们教授学生课程，指导学生实验，我们称之为“熟悉学生的人”，可是这些教授通常知名度很有限，没有什么国际影响力。
向左走，还是向右走?我们的意见是尽量找“熟悉你的牛人”，当两者只能选其一的时候，就选熟悉你的人。
2、如何写好“中国式”推荐信
在国外老师有义务为学生写推荐信，而且要求学生Waive the right to access the recommendation (放弃看到推荐信的权利)。
而在中国，目前比较普遍的做法是学生写完推荐信后找老师签字。
老师很少有时间帮助学生写作，更何况英语写作对于很多老师来说也绝对是一种挑战。
所以在这种情况下，申请者最好先用汉语打个草稿让推荐人过目，如果推荐人同意再精雕细琢成英语推荐信。
对于中国学生来说，自己写推荐信可能比自述信还难。
一是要用三种不同的口吻推荐自己，可能很不自然，不知道怎么说，有的可能还很不好意思;二是，写完自述信，很多人已经江郎才尽了，实在写不成什么新意了。
