  现在学生的身体素质已经到了不得不重视的地步,越来越多的学生出现近视眼,肥胖,运动能力下降等问题,导致这样的现象存在有着很多的原因,整个社会的唯分数论、升学的压力迫使不得不牺牲体育锻炼,解决这样的问题,同样需要学校、家长、老师、教育主管部分的共同协同和努力。让学生动起来,走进运动场,首先要解决的是体育锻炼的空间、时间和条件;其次是学生对体育运动的兴趣。体育社团的开展正是基于学生的兴趣建立起来的一种体育的组织,其目的是通过学生体育参与的手段,达到促进学生身体素质提高的一种方法。在现有的条件下,小学体育社团的开展存在一定的瓶颈,这样的困难在小学特别的明显。体育社团目前在高校开展的最好,最根本的原因是高校的学生不存在升学的压力。小学体育社团的运营和开展可以借鉴高校体育社团的发展的经验。小学体育社团相对于中学或者高校也有自身的特点和属性,如何在小学现有的条件下,在教师的指导下,使得小学生在体育社团中向乐学、肯学转变,达到体育社团长期良性循环发展。是所有小学体育工作者迫切需要做的工作。本文以无锡市的五个行政区域中开展小学体育社团的50所学校为调查对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查等研究方法,研究小学体育社团在这些学校开展的现状,找出存在的困难,存在的问题,并提出建议。

  研究结论:

  1.小学体育社团开展的现状:参加小学体育社团的小学生大多集中在四年级、五年级、六年级,从无锡市小学体育社团的开展项目、活动的频率、活动时间、指导教师状况、管理与组织形式来分析无锡市小学体育社团开展的现状,无锡市五个区被调研的小学都有开展体育社团,并且具有一定的规模,活动项目丰富,指导教师年轻,学历趋高,常设的项目以三大球为主,辅助其他新兴项目,活动时间以周一到周五下午最多,活动频率一周一次为主。

  2.对体育社团的认知:调查分析了小学生对体育社团的情感喜爱程度,得出小学生对体育社团的喜欢程度很高,小学生对体育社团的认识:选择重在参与的小学生最多,占到了 55.3%,其次是体育社团趣味性;小学生参加体育社团的动机顺序依次是:娱乐参与、兴趣爱好、学习知识、锻炼身体、减肥;体育教师对待社团的态度中选择认真对待态度占到了大多数,比例为 76.3%;在家长对体育社团的认识方面,只有小部分体育社团的家长不了解体育社团,大部分家长对社团都有了解。

  3.61.4%的小学生认为体育社团大大提高了其兴趣爱好,52.3%的小学生认为体育社团增强了其自信心;通过指导体育社团,81.3%的教师更加受到学生的喜爱;家长认为体育社团对小学生产生很大积极影响的比例为 36.8%,较大影响的为 26.5%,14.3%的家长和 13.1%的家长认为社团的开展影响了休息和学习。体育社团的开展得到了小学生、体育教师、家长的支持;同时三方对无锡市小学体育社团还是满意的。

  4.小学体育社团存在的问题:社团的活动时间少,频率低;指导教师大都为本校体育教师,水平有限;学校领导对体育重视程度不够;家长的支持力度不够;制度不完善;评价与奖励方式单一?长效发展的建议:

  1 .积极地为每一个学生创造参与社团的条件。

  2 .实现体育与德育的共同发展,制定总的计划,为体育社团指明方向。

  3 .积极创新,因地制宜地开展各种特色社团。

  4 .树立安全意识,开发各种人力物力资源。

  5 .树立团体意识,重视团体排名,创新评价体系。
