　　1.自我介绍就是演讲，而每个演讲最先做的不是说我是谁，而是向听你演讲的人打招呼，所以大家好，必须先说，例如，你可以说：“Hello,everybody.It is my honor to stand here to introduce myself 。”

　　2.既然是自我介绍，第二步当然是说自己的名字，你可以用 My name is 的句型，也可以换一种方法：例如，你可以说：”People call me He XX,But my english name is XX。”这样你既说了中文名字，也说出了英语名字。

　　3.第三步，你可以说自己的年龄了。如：“I am twenty-eight ，”或者你好久出生的，都可以，但建议直接说好大就可以了。

　　4.说了年龄有的觉得就说完了，那你的这个自我信息是不是太少了呢，你可以再说说你的出生地，介绍你的所在的城市都可以，例如：“I am from a beautiful city which called De Yang,”

　　5.如果你英语不好，上面的也勉强过关吧，但如果你想更好的介绍，你也可以加入你的爱好。如下句子。如“In my spare time , I would like to surf the internet and read books . ”
