在这些日子以来，公司给予了我许多机遇和挑战，使我累计了一定的经验。同时也学到了许多为人处世等做人的道理。所有的这些，我都很珍惜也很感谢您，因为这西都是为我在将来的工作和生活带来帮助和方便.
现由于个人的原因，因本人一直以来身体不好，近视度数不断加深，就担任此份工作之后，经常熬夜，睡眠不足，给眼睛带来的伤害越来越大了，每到上早班的一周里，早上起床眼睛更是疼痛不已，带着病痛上班，都是靠着忍受度过的。对于由此为公司造成的不便，我深感抱歉。但同时也希望公司能体恤我的个人实际，对我的申请予以考虑并批准为盼。
