  第一步、问候

  每个电话应该以礼貌的问候开始例如,Hi, howve you been? 或者Nice to hear from you.就算你出于某种意图打电话给工作上认识的人,如果不以礼貌的寒喧开始谈话而直接进入工作主题的话也是相当不礼貌的。

  第二步、逐步表明来意

  接着总是该表明电话来意,你该从友好的问候正式转到工作上的目的了。这样的话,就使用短语Im just calling to ……作为过渡。例如,Im just calling to see if youd like to set up a meeting. 如果相反的情况,

  第三步、礼貌的打断别人

  1.Quiet is the key安静的环境是会议的关键

  Make sure, when you are on the conference call that you are in a very quiet room, awayfromany disturbances. This will make sure that you hear everything that is going on and keep themisunderstandings to a minimum. It is impossible to keep the misunderstandings at bay if you have a dog barking, machines running, or people talking in the background.

  得体的问答

  电话留言

  在商业投诉中,不能及时回电话最为常见。为了不丧失每一次成交的机会,有的公司甚至作出对电话留言须在一小时之内答复的规定。一般应在24小时之内对电话留言给予答复,如果回电话时恰遇对方不在,也要留言,表明你已经回过电话了。如果自己确实无法亲自回电,应托付他人。

  留意时差

  打电话前要搞清地区时差以及各国工作时间的差异,不要在休息日打电话谈生意,以免影响他人休息。即使客户已将家中的电话号码告诉你,也尽量不要往家中打电话。

  恰当地使用电话

  在美国你可以通过电话向一个素不相识的人推销商品,而在欧洲、拉美和亚洲国家,电话促销或在电话中长时间地谈生意就难以让人接受。发展良好商务关系的最佳途径是与客户面对面地商谈,而电话主要用来安排会见。当然一旦双方见过面,再用电话往来就方便多了。

  一、不太会讲英语的要怎么说:

  (1) 请稍待片刻。 Just a moment, please.

  (3) 请等一下。我找个人来听。 Hold on, please. Ill get someone to thephone.
