外商来华邀请函格式

　　办理外商来华半年多次往返商务签证、工作签证和尼日利亚、伊拉克、伊朗、巴基斯坦、土耳其、斯里兰卡、阿富汗以上7个国家一次、二次访问签证的企业，需到北京市商务局办理。区县商务局仅办理除上述七个国家之外的一次、二次访问签证的邀请函。

　　一、操作步骤如下：

　　1.登录北京市商务局在线服务平台，123456；填写“申请外商来访报告表”并下载打印一式两份，由单位负责人签字同意，加盖单位公章。将审批合格号填写在“申请外商来访报告表”的右上角“第号”位置；

　　2.携带材料如下：

　　邀请外国人来华安全管理保证函正本一份（法人签字、单位盖章）； ·负责人签名并加盖单位公章的《外国人来华申请报告表》一份；

　　邀请方申请函（注明外商来华目的，被邀请公司名称，来华人员情况，在华行程等）；

　　邀请方营业执照复印件；

　　入境人员护照复印件；

　　经办人身份证复印件；

　　二、注意事项：

　　1.不允许企业更改 “申请外商来华邀请函”用户名和密码。

　　2.企业要如实填写“申请外商来访报告表”的内容。

　　3.企业须在客人来华15天前上报申请。

　　4.来华日期只填写到年、月。
