　　“教书育人”是我们教师的使命。我们既要教书，又要育人。而第斯多惠说过“教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于关于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”我对此深有体会。乡镇的教学工作，单单去研究如何进行教学还不行，我们更多的是主动积极地去争取家庭教育和学校教育的紧密联系，家长的'教育意识毕竟不如城里的家长。而对于学生，我们更多的要给予关爱，尤其是一些比较“野”的学生，不容忽略某一个学生，要独具慧眼地发现他们身上的潜能，鼓励他们不断主动探索，发扬民主精神。
