　　I have been collecting pens for six years. Now, I have 95 of them.This may seem like a difficult thing at first, but we can easily finish it if we last for long.

　　Most of us have probably worked with pens when we go to school. I have been starting to collect pens since I was 8 years old. I stored them in boxes under my bed. The first one I ever collected was given by my uncle. In my mind, uncle was a hero and he always helped a lot. This time, he asked me to study hard. A lot of them had meaning. 　　Don‘t Hesitate to Say No

　　To help those who are in need is always regarded as a traditional Chinese moral. However people have to know well what the need is before the help is offered. When the need is just for some minority‘s benefit and against most people‘s interests, or when it is immoral or unlawful, people should not hesitate to say No. Otherwise they will put themselves into trouble.

　　Unfortunately, there are so many such examples around us that people end up their leadership in jail or bury their glory in shame simply because they don‘t say "No" while they should. Some people are reluctant to say "No" in front of all kinds of briberies as they want to swamp their power for money. They can‘t resist the temptations of accumulating wealth in a fast but illegal way. For their own good and their friend‘s favor, these people would sacrifice millions of RMB Yuan for an unproportional commission and therefore stake there future on scales of law. Other people don‘t say No because of misinterpreted friendship and lack of sense of law. They never hesitate to do whatever their friends ask them to do. They believe they are helping their friends even when they are actually violating the law or local regulations. Such people will also be punished according to the degree of their misbehavior.

　　Therefore, to help is not always doing good. People should learn to say a No when the help might hurt other people‘s interests.

　　Fatigue and Rest Scientists have made an interesting experiment about fatigue. When a muscle in the body works, it produces lactic acid, and it is this lactic that makes the muscle tired. Fatigue is not just a chemical process, it is also a biologi cai process.

　　We can‘t just "remove" fatigue;we must allow the cells of the body to rest. Damages must be repaired, nerve cells of the ain must be "recharged," the joints of the body must replace used up lubricants. Sleep will always be necessary as a way of restoring the body‘ s energy after fatigue. However, a person who has been working hard at his desk for hours may not want to lie down at all when he is tired. He‘d rather takea walk!

　　Or when children come home from school they want to run out to play... not to lie down and rest. The reason is that if only a certain part of the body is tried the best way to make that part feel fresh again is to make other parts of the body active! We can actually rest by means of activity. The two students are in Junior 3, this is a vital exam for them. When the test of running started, one of their classmates, Tan Yuqiao, fell on the ground. Many students wanted to lift her up, but it could spend more time in getting the finish. However, Wei and Mou ran to their classmate and lifted her up. Although they got worse scores; their school thought they did the correct thing, so they had a special chance to go to the good senior schools.

　　Firstly, they preferred to choose friendship rather than achievements; this is one of the most admirable things I think. The achievements are very important to them, but they still thought helping people which lived with them for three years, is better. They did a noble thing. Secondly, I think they’re brave, too. Maybe when some people meet the things like this, they will think to do something like the two girls did, but just think. Most of the people don’t have enough courage to do this.

　　All in all, the choice from the affection between classmates moved us all. They are the greatest students I have ever seen.
