For the present, realistic solutions may include: first and for most, we should give priority to improving and developing mass-transit system, both ground and underground; Secondly, the authority should set up proper limits to private vehicles; Thirdly, the related regulations should be made to ensure perfect traffic management; Last but not the least is to advocate bicycling or walking between home and office.
