　　新的食堂 The New Canteen(1)

　　Many students are not satisfied with the canteen in their schools, so they order the fast-food outside the campus. But the problem comes, some of them feel sick after eating fast-food, so the schools have taken some action to forbid students to order fast-food. A lot of students complain about the right to choose food. Our principal hear students’ voice, he had promised to improve the food choices and make students eat better. A semester passed, the principal had kept his words, a new canteen was built and students were happy to see the new food. Students can make better food choice, there are many delicious food that they have never met before. Now , students no longer go out to eat, they love the food in canteen. This is a win-win situation, students give up complaining and speak highly of their principal.

　　In Chinese traditional view, it is unacceptable for people not to have offspring, because they will be looked down upon and the family will feel shameful. But in the modern society, the young generation gets the foreign education and they think in the open way. Some people start to think about being a dink, because they like freedom and want enjoy life. Having children not only costs time and money, but also needs to take great responsibility. You have to take care of the children and set the good example, it is the lifetime mission. Once being a dink, then you are free to go anywhere and live for yourself. As people are under great pressure, more young people have the idea to be a dink. It is their choice and if they are not ready to be a parent, then be a dink.

　　The time of a date has different standard for boys and girls. Girls always like to be late for about ten minutes while boys always reach the destination on time. 　　Today I went to the country to see my uncle. Seeing the green cabbages and the fine wheat, I couldnt help asking how he could grow them so well.Uncle said that science of farming was important. It included: choosing the best seeds; keeping the condition of soil good and ploughing deeply; sowing the seed and growing young plants at the correct time; changing the crops in the fields; and giving plenty of water, light and fertilizer.

　　it was raining and i was dragging myself back from school. father had not got back home yet and i thought he must have forgotten it was my 18th birthday today. if my mother had not died yearsago she would have prepared lots of good dishes for my supper, but now i had to cook a very simple meal, waiting for my father＇s return.

　　hours passed.still my father did not appear.this made me very sad.i couldn＇t help saying to myself, "mum, mum ..." with tears in my eyes. i felt cold and lonely, listening to the wind blowing outside and the drops of rain tapping on the windowpane.

　　it was about eight o＇clock when suddenly there came a gentle knock. hardly had i answered the door when father came in. he was wet all over with a bouquet of flowers in his hands.

　　"happy birthday, my child," said he, and pretending to be cheerful, put the bouquet of flowers into my hands, "i had been toyour mother＇s gravethia afternoon.on the way home i went to many shops to get this as a birthday present. i hope yon＇ll like it, my dear."

　　with tears in my eyes, i held the flowers tightly to my chest, saying in a trembling voice, "thank you, father.your love is the best gift for me. "

　　When we are very small, most of us have heard the song about the praise of the mother, we have been told that mother is the best people in the world. Indeed, our mothers are the persons who give birth to us, who will never abandon us whatever happens upon us. Sometimes we will argue with our mothers, because we think she doesn’t understand us, but after a little while, we always regret for the argument. Actually, she knows her babies, she just cares too much that she doesn’t expect that it will hurt her babies. 　　Love to us human is what water to fish.Love shines the most beautiful light of humanity,we born in it,we live by it.Too often we take it as granted,but we should know love is a priceless gift we should cherish.But how to cherish the love?I have heard a saying :the quickest way to receive love is to give it; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly the best way to keep love is to give it wings.

　　It is important for us to learn to love as the first class in our life.Only when you know how to love than you will be a real man in this world.Love brings us warmth in the fearful coldness,love brings us bright when life gets hard and dark.Love brings us confidence toward life when we are tired out and want to give up.

　　During the winter holiday, I was very happy because of the Chinese new year and other reasons. During the holiday, my parents and I went back to my hometown in the countryside in Hebei Province.

　　I had not come back for several years, so that I was so surprised to find that great changes had taken place in this small village in the past years. Almost every family in the village had color TV set and some of them had computers. Many families had their houses newly built or rebuilt. I saw a real princess in the live show, she is very innocent, though his father helps her to fulfill her princess dream, she never acts arrogantly. The girl is also helping other people to finish their task. She is like an angel and everybody likes her. In my eye, a real princess should look like this.
