　　过年喽，中国人的传统节日大年三十到了，晚上6点，早早的我和妈妈、妹妹一起看春晚节目，节目真精彩啊，有小品、相声还有漂亮的`歌舞节目，看的我眼花缭乱，我和妈妈还有妹妹看的津津有味，在看节目的当中，我把好吃的东西拿给妈妈与妹妹吃，还对妈妈说：“这一年你辛苦了妈妈，谢谢你！”

　　Chinese New Year's Eve is coming. At 6:00 p.m., I watch Spring Festival Gala with my mother and sister in the early morning. It's wonderful. There are skits, crosstalk and beautiful singing and dancing programs. I'm dazzled. My mother and my sister enjoy watching. In the course of watching the program, I give delicious food to my mother and sister. I also say to my mother "Thank you, mom, for your hard work this year!"

　　外面的鞭炮声好热闹啊，呵呵，我也想去放鞭炮，可是妈妈说不要放，因为要污染空气。所以我们都没去放鞭炮，时间过得真快，一会就到12点了，春晚节目也快结束了，我和爸爸、妈妈还有妹妹就恋恋不舍的去睡觉了，因为明天我们还要去亲戚家拜年呢！

　　那是一个月前的事了。有一次，我看见爸爸拿着一本书摇头晃脑地大声念着：“问（one）、吐（two）、夫里（three）、货（four）、夫爱（five）……”我大惑不解：爸爸念的是哪门子的“经”呀？我一定要探个究竟。于是，我等爸爸走开后，蹑手蹑脚地来到爸爸房间，找到了那本“经书”，打开一看，只见上面写着“华通英语”。哦，原来爸爸在学英语！我恍然大悟。可这是什么英语嘛，只见书上密密麻麻写满了和英语发音相似的汉字。我又好气又好笑，心想：怪不得爸爸读得那么差。不行，想学好英语，必须掌握正确的发音，就凭这些“伪劣产品”是绝对学不好英语的！不如……我灵机一动，想出了一个妙招。

　　于是，我跟爸爸说：“爸爸，从今天开始，我就当你的'老师，教你学英语吧！”没想到，爸爸竟然爽快地答应了。我立刻“走马上任”了。“第一节英语课开始！”我清了清嗓子，大声喊道。爸爸马上坐得好好的。我说：“下面我们先来学习一些日常用语。早上好！Good morning！”“咕——猫——拧……”爸爸说。我差点没笑出眼泪来。“是‘good morning’，不是‘咕——猫——拧’！”经过我的一番耐心的“教导”，爸爸终于以标准的读音说出了“good morning”两个词。接着，我还教了“How are you？”等许多英语的日常用语，爸爸学得非常认真。一节英语课很快就过去了。

　　现在，想起我给爸爸上英语课的情景，我都不由地想起这样一句话：书山有路勤为径，学海无崖苦作舟。

　　爸爸的爱好很广泛，尤其热爱英语。有一次，我正在房间里大声朗读英语，不知什么时候爸爸突然冒了出来，说：“英语真的很好听啊，真不愧是******用语言，我也来学一学，要不然就落伍了。”于是，爸爸就让我当他的.“英语老师”，虚心地问我应该怎么读。刚一开始，爸爸读得很难听，就像外星人说话似地，可能连外星人都听不懂吧。可爸爸没有被困难吓倒，天天早晨早起二十分钟，一边听磁带，一边大声朗读。过了一段时间，在我和爸爸的艰苦努力下，爸爸的英语终于有了很大的进步。

　　老爸学习英语有一个最大的困难，就是容易遗忘。为了记住更多的英语单词，老爸苦思冥想，终于想到了一个好办法，他几乎把家里所有的东西上都贴满了纸条，纸条上写着相应的英语单词。这样，老爸在拿什么东西的时候，就会把这个单词念出来。长时间后，老爸果然记住了很多单词。

　　这就是我的爱学英语的老爸。
