　　Smile is a warm word in everyone’s heart.

　　This is my teacher tells me. When I start to go to primary school, Mr. Wei start to tell me the importance if smile. He tells me that smile is a simple behavior, but is very powerful. It can gives people warm feeling, show your respective, tell others you are nice and you are happy to help. Besides, I find that smiling person is more beautiful.

　　I will try my best to smile often.

　　Smile likes sunshine.Where there is a smile,there is sunshine.Showing our smile not only expresses our kindness,but also delivers our support and encouragement which can drive people in trouble out of the adverse circumstance.

　　Smile seems a bridge which makes it possible for us to reach each other’s deep heart.During our journey if people sitting at a distance freely talk with smile,suddenly our loneness cut down.It’s only a smile that can make a dark day bright.

　　Beyond our imagination,a bright smile arouses magical power.Therefore from now on show our smile to others generously and we can feel that sunshine is around us.

　　There is no same opinion among people as to the view of wealth. Some people may think that wealth is the most important and powerful thing in life, while some other people believe that there are many things that cannot be bought with wealth.As far as I am concerned, I agree with the latter opinion. There’s an old proverb, “Money can cure hunger, but it can’t cure happiness” which simply means wealth can buy us some material things but cannot make us happy and free from sadness or worries. In fact, happiness, true love, friendship, time, health and so on are the most valuable things in the world and can never ever be bought with money. Those who just try their best to make money can’t realize the true meaning of life and will be the slaves for money. They can’t enjoy happiness, for they have lost everything, time, relatives, love except money. Then, what can money do? No one will share the happy moment with them.So, I think, money is not at all powerful while happiness is more important. If we always have happiness, we’ll never give up the belief to life.

　　After the Waterloo Campaign, Napoleon was banished (流放) onto a lonely island named St Helena in South Atlantic.He became a prisoner for life. Facing the vast sea, he always thought of escaping from the island, but that was impossible.He knew nothing about the topography (地形) of the island!

　　Once a good friend of his went to see him. Since there wa always someone keeping watch on them, they talked about only the old days. When they parted, the friend took out a set of chess made of tusk and nephrite (软玉), and said to Naooleon,"I give this to you. Maybe it will be of some help. ' Napoleon liked it very much. He used to play with the chessmen (棋子) and study chess manuals (棋谱), to pass the last days of his life.

　　After his death, many of the things he had ever used were auctioned (拍卖). The set of chess was also sold and resold several times at very high prices. Finally it was collected by the National Museum in France. When the staff members were cleaning the chessmen, they found the bottom of Black King could be twisted off (拧开). They opened it and, to their great surprise, in it there was a detailed map about how to escape from the island. It was a great pity that Napoleon had never discovered the secret, and thus he nulified (使......无用) his friend's effort
