The Hawaiians are very proud of their unique food, often 'spiced up' with slices of juicy pineapple and strings of delicious cheese. There were also fantastic beaches right accoss the tiny atoll. The water was sparkling blue and the sand dunes radiated with an inviting warmth of gold. The place was wonderful and the locals were really nice; I really enjoyed my holiday.

　　“二号选手,麻雨露”“啊,轮到我了”我心里更慌了 ,这时,坐在我一旁的英语老师鼓励我,说:“别怕,相信自己,你最棒!”

　　我鼓起勇气,走上台开始演讲。因为我是二号选手,后面还有很多同学,所以我们等了很长时间才结束,出来时我的腿都发软了,可老师却说,这次比赛不是为了拿奖,而是为了锻炼我们的勇气,当然,拿奖最好,但那些都是次要的!
