　　我家的门前有一棵柿子树，年年都很美。

　　从第一节有趣的英语课开始起，从刚开始接触那二十六个调皮的字母宝宝起，我便深深地喜欢上了英语这门课程。英语，陪伴着我的生活，陪伴着我的成长。

　　记得有一次，我们一家来到青龙峡玩，正往青山洞走时，迎面跑来一名外国男士，他很高，皮肤泛白，见到我，他急忙对我说："Where is the toilet？"我顿时一阵惊愕，“ toilet”是什么意思？我仔细的思考，看他的样子，好像挺急，有什么事情？我问妈妈，妈妈却笑而不管，哎呀！到底是什么啊？既然这么急，应该是去厕所的吧！现在也只有这个办法了！我踮起脚四处张望，终于发现了厕所，我对那个焦急的`外国人说：“First go straight on， then turn left”。那个人听后，立马跑了过去。我笑着问妈妈，妈妈笑了笑，说：“儿子真聪明！他说的 toilet就是厕所的意思，儿子真了不起，能听懂老外的意思了！中西合璧，天下无敌，希望你以后继续加油，！哈哈哈！”哦！听妈妈这么一说，我心里的那块大石头才落下地来，幸好我脑袋转的快，要不是，我可是在外国人面前丢尽了脸呀！

　　等我们准备回家时，又碰到了那位外国人，他连忙对我说：“Thank you！Thank you！"我也赶忙回应："You are welcome！”

　　生活中，处处都有英语的影子，“ KFC：肯德基；CCTV：中央电视台； ID：身份证……”在我们的生活中，我学会了许多英语，了解了许多英语的简称，我的收获颇多。我真喜欢英语！
