　　This morning, my English teacher saw me. She said to me with a smile. Oh, Jane, Do you know which country that flag stands for? England. I answered. Oh, if you were an adult, you might get into trouble. We’re Chinese. If we wear clothes with the flag of our own country, we’ll feel proud. Anyway, you’re too young, you can’t understand all this.

　　At this, I didn’t feel ease. It seemed that I have learned a lot. We Chinese must love our country wherever and whenever we are and must remember we are Chinese. We must pay attention to what we say and what we do.

　　今天，MISS李给我们上第九模块第一单元：《Letter From Aboad》，课文中涉及到：一般过去式、现在进行时和一般将来时等三个时态。我喜欢这篇课文，因为，这是一封信，信在我们学过的课文里“罕见”。

　　课堂上，老师没有给我们写作业的时间，布置家庭作业时，班里顿时变得鸦雀无声，因为，有一些不喜欢上英语课的同学希望作业少一点。当老师说：“今天作业只抄写本单元14个单词，每个单词抄写10遍”时，班里立刻热闹起来，有的人欢呼雀跃——那些学习差的同学希望作业少，所以很高兴；有的人窃窃私语——学习中等的同学对作业量无所谓；还有的`人长长地叹了一口气——学习好的同学为作业太少而郁闷（大家对作业的量报以不同的态度）。

　　回到家，我就开始抄词，14个单词，一共要抄140遍，我很快就完成了，因为我昨天预习了，顺便把单词背下来了。抄完词，我又选择eat和play两个词造句，结果遇到了拦路虎，我请教课本，顺利解决了问题（课本真是我们无声的老师）。

　　喜欢上英语课的人，盼望老师布置更多的作业，不喜欢上英语课的人，则是在有英语课那天祈祷作业少一点。总结我做英语作业的体会：要想完成的好，必须喜欢它。我很喜欢英语，从小就对英语情有独钟，所以，我觉得，做英语作业并不难。

　　下午第三节课后，同学们在老师的安排下来到小广场，老师在开幕式致辞，空气中弥漫着食物的香味，食物很丰盛，有小月饼，饺子，汤圆，粽子和哥色糖果。同学们很兴奋。

　　小广场中间的书画廊上系着绳子，绳子上挂着各色的彩纸，彩纸在微风中的飘拂如风铃一般。上面写着密密麻麻的英文单词。

　　老师致辞一结束，同学们奔向书画廊的一角，摘下会读的单词条幅，跑到主持老师那里换取自己想要的美味。

　　今年的'开幕式和往年不同！读单词猜谜，猜对的就能换取美味哟，小月饼蛋糕，还有粽子，饺子……不会读的，开始懂得问同学问老师了，急忙去寻求帮助，这时会场上的英语老师成了最受欢迎的大明星，你可以看到一个英语老师身边总是围着一群“好问”的学生，问完了单词，同学马上去换取美味奖品，有的还拿回来孝敬老师。
