Secondly，we must study hard because knowledge is power.If we have the power，we can help to build our country and enjoy life better.In order to study well，we need to do sports so that we can keep fit.We can go running，play ball games or simply take a walk after a day’s study. 　　我经历过很多比赛，比如跑步、跳舞、写字……，可是让我最难忘的就是英语歌曲比赛了。

　　这周，学校举行英语周活动。在老师的推荐下，让我去参加英语歌曲比赛。终于，比赛的日子到了，我走进大礼堂，看见大礼堂里坐着好多人，我的心开始忐忑不安起来，总是想：万一我唱错了怎么办？万一忘记歌词怎么办？万一……比赛开始了，我们班的俞力铭第一个上场，只见他胸有成竹地唱起来，还加了许多活泼的动作，台下的观众都被深深地吸引了。唱完以后，俞力铭看到我害怕的样子，说：“别怕，只要你把下面的观众当成萝卜白菜就可以了。”

　　该轮到我上台了，我暗暗地为自己“鼓劲”：别慌，我能行，一定能行的。我挺直了腰杆，大胆地走上台去，为大家唱起了一首《彩虹歌》，随着优美的歌声，我慢慢地忘记了紧张，越来越放松，越唱越好。演唱结束了，台下响起了一阵雷鸣般的掌声，我的`心里甜滋滋的。

　　经过了这次难忘的英语歌曲比赛，使我深深明白了：无论做什么事，实际上都不像我们想象中的那么难，只要对自己充满信心，就一定能成功。

　　The weather is very nice in April, the temperature is around 15-20C,I think this is the best temperature through out the whole season. I feel very comfortable in this kind of weather. People start putting on their nice light dresses instead of big heavy winter jackets, and waiting for the summer to come。
