　　也许长这么大，对我帮助最大的就是英语村了(English village)了。

　　英语村是我六年级毕业以后学校组织的一次英语活动。聘请外教来上课，吃住都在学校中，听说还可以在晚上搞搞活动，看看影片，其乐无穷。

　　于是，我动心了，便成为了英语村中的一名学子。好兴奋!虽说我的自理能力挺差的，不过，我更渴望一些自由，更渴望无拘无束地玩耍。我渴望与外教谈天说地，我渴望学到那纯正的英语……虽说我的英语水平说不上怎么好，但是，毕竟比别人多学了几年的.剑桥英语，要是想表达一个意思，想法，那是绝对没问题的。想到自己在英语村中一定会很出色，不由地沾沾自喜。但现在想想，父母的忠告的确是对的：“你不要感觉太好了，离开了父母你会碰到很多困难的。”而我却说了一句：“我不是自我感觉良好，而是自我感觉优秀!”

　　回想一下，的确希望是越大，失望也就越大。在整个英语村中，我还是吃了很多苦的，当时当然也很后悔，但毕竟也锻炼了我的能力，让我学会了很多的知识，学会了生活。对自己而言，我是很成功的!

　　我们今天的英语课，是所有英语课中最开心的，为什么说是最开心的英语课呢？且听我慢慢道来。

　　今天上午最后一节课，李老师一进门就发号施令：“同学们，我们今天有两个任务，只要完成了，就能放学。这二个任务分别是：1，把一单元的句子背完，2、把二单元的课文读完，就可以了，大家快开始吧！同学们互不相让，个个发愤读、背，就连平时不爱学习的几个同学也意识到“情况不妙”，努力地背起书来。

　　我们小组正在背时，李老师走过来了，和蔼可亲地问“你们组会背了吗？会了，就开始吧！”说完，我们说：“会了”。说完我的.心怦怦地跳了几下，因为我有几个单词不怎么会背，开始了，当背到一半，我突然想不起来后面的一个单词，我很着急边背边想，终于在这个单词的前一秒时想到了，我们没多大功夫，就背完了。背完之后，我多读了几遍那个单词。我们又迅速地找老师把课文朗读了一遍，老师很满意地为我们组加分后，说：“你们组真棒，10秒之内必须冲出去，我现在开始计时：10、9、8、7、……”我们飞快地冲出去，乐呵呵地跑到了餐厅，一看表才11：20，我们居然提前了10分钟放学。

　　这次英语课让我明白了只有专心完成任务，才能够提前休息。
