　　新老师一进门，便受到了热烈欢迎，这时我细细地端详了一下，此人比起我们班的英语老师显得颇为高大，只不过瘦了一点，架着一副眼镜，看得出，这人很文绉。他在我班同学的掌声下，显得受宠若惊，但随之平静，很谦虚地压了压手，示意我们莫激动，但他殊不知我们班同学的热情犹如清末农民起义，不仅压不倒，而且越压越大，特别是在我周围的同学，跟没见过人似的'。过了一会儿，老师怕我们再欢迎下去，天都得弄出个洞来，便在黑板上写“keepquite，please。”写完之后，本以为我们被其随机应变的能力所折服，回头一看跪得满地都是崇拜者。于是他指了指上面的字，故作高深而不语，霎时间，班内犹如“千山鸟飞绝”，一点声音也没有。老师一看自己的所做所为取得了这么好的效果，心里不禁窃喜，但没想到他还没开始喜，同学们便替他喜出来了，而且是“哄”的一声，犹如开山碎石一般，老师顿时傻了，看见同学们边笑边指着黑板上他的杰作，回头一看，顿时羞得满脸通红，原来自己把“keepquiet”写成了“keepquite”，意思基本上转了个弯，回头看看狂笑不止的同学，他也只有叹气的份了……

　　预备的时间有限，到了上课时间，同学们自动地安静了下来，这时，那位老师开始讲课。毕竟是年轻人，讲课声音洪亮悦耳，时不时还给我们讲道理、哲理和笑话，当感情达到高潮时，还来上一句“这不仅让我想起了我的大学时光……”然后双眼一闭，作自我陶醉状。看他那模样，我估计以前不想上大学的同学们现在也想上了。他给我们上课的另一个突出特点，就是他竟然纠正同学们清浊辅音的发音，这是我们平常上课连想也不敢想的，没想到今天在这里实现了，我自然又加深了对他的好感……
