　　When times become difficult , remember a moment in your life that was filled with joy and happiness.

　　Remember how it made you feel, and you will have the strength you need to get through any trial.

　　When life throws you one more obstacle than you think you can handle, remember something you achieved through perseverance and by struggling to the end.

　　In doing so, you ll find you have the ability to overcome each obstacle brought your way.

　　When you find yourself drained and depleted of energy, remember to find a place of sanctuary and rest.

　　Take the neccessary time in your own life to dream your dreams and renew your energy, so you ll be ready to face each new day.

　　When you feel tension building, find something fun to do. You ll find that the stress you feel will dissipate and your thoughts will become clearer.

　　When you re faced with so many negative and draining situations, realize how minuscule problems will seem when you view your life as a whole--and remember the positive things.

　　人生如梦，一遒还泪江月。青春，是我们成长的桥梁。是我们回忆开始的地点，因为他伴随着我们一天天老去，所以，年华不再。我们应珍惜，把握美好时光，故致青春。

　　青春是一缕阳光，它照亮了人的心灵。没错，如同材料所说的那样。人生有一首诗，当我们拥有它的时候，却没有读懂它，这也是青春。是的，青春是用来奋斗的，不是用来挥霍的。当然，在我们成长的过程中，学习与读书中，多多少少也会有些青春的感悟。下课时，可以和同学们玩耍，打打球。上课时，我们可以和同学，老师讨论学习问题，等等。这也是我们美好的时光，青春的回忆。

　　如果曾经说过，谁虚度了年华？青春就将褪色。时间会一天一天流逝，在青春期的我们是有激情的。比如学习热情，跑步的喜好，打篮球的冲动，对于音乐的狂好等等。这也是，我们享受青春的美好时光。青春不再，致给青春的我们。

　　青春是一首歌，它歌唱着大地。歌唱着青春的'绽放，像蜗牛‘’我要一步一步往上爬，等待阳光静静的看着它的脸，小小的天，流过的泪和汗，总有一天，我会属于我的天，任风吹干，流过的泪和汗，总有一天，我会属于我的美。也许，当你唱完这首歌，你可能会流泪，会压抑，但这也是你的青春心灵的绽放之美。所以，学会努力，致给青春的自己。

　　当我看见，新闻联播时，播出在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上，用李大钊的话对全国人民的，勉励与鼓励。所以，作为年轻人，我们没有理由不努力，不学习，不珍惜青春。所以，为青春而努力，为梦想而奋斗，这就是我们青春的主题。

　　最后，归根结底。青春就是一朵会绽放的花，是夜空中最亮的星，只要我们做好青春的每一件事。迎难而上，改变最好的自己。这样，我们的青春才不会有遗憾。少年强，则国强。少年雄于地球，则国雄于地球。所以，为青春之国家，为人类创造幸福，以青春之自我，创造美好未来，共享致青春，共创和谐风气。

　　Dear Mr. Seaton，Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If I'd gone alone, I couldn't have seen nearly as much, because I wouldn't have known my way about.

　　The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

　　I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting － a day that I shall never forget.
