　　My English teacher is kind and careful. She is of medium height and of medium build. She has long curly hair and wears a pair of glasses. She likes listening to English songs very much.

　　She makes efforts to attract us to the world of English to understand the beauty of the language and enjoy the cultures of the foreign countries. She did not mind the students’ slowness in learning new knowledge but it did not mean that she was not strict with us. To make what we had learned strong she often asked us to recall the knowledge in class.

　　She always encourages us to speak English and write in English. And we persist in writing diaries in English though we make mistakes now and then. She always corrects them patiently and tells us some methods.

　　Miss Huang likes singing and collecting posters. She is good at playing the piano. In the evening, she always sits in front of the piano and plays nice music. She is good at dancing, too. Sometimes she teaches us dancing.

　　Miss Huang likes dogs very much because the dog is very friendly and cute. Her favourite color is blue. Because blue is the color of the sky and the sea.

　　This is my favourite teacher. Our classmates all like her very much.

　　我的英语老师中等个子，不胖也不瘦，她长着一双明亮的大眼睛，好像会说话似的。当你做了不应该做的事时，她就会用责备的眼神盯你好一会，知道你低下头来承认错误为止；当你做了令她高兴的好事时，她便用含笑的`眼睛足足看你两分钟，好像是在欣赏一件什么宝贝似的。

　　她对我们的学习，要求很严厉：课文要背熟，句子要会写，单词要记牢。有一次，有位同学单词不过关，老师让他练会，可是他直到放学也没练。于是放学后老师就陪着他练，知道练会为止。就这样不是我们班的每一个同学成绩落后。

　　一次，英语老师布置了一个非常非常多的作业：M1—M10的单词一词8个，放学前必交！而当时已是第六节课！同学们赶紧奋笔疾书，写啊——为了节省时间，同学们看了一眼单词后，默记下来，然后快速地写八遍。终于，大家都交上了作业。这时大家发现：默写的单词都记下来了！原来这是老师让我们背住单词的方法！

　　可有时，他还会闹出一些小笑话。有一次，老师给我们讲练习册，本来是要讲第一单元和第二单元的，可是她刚讲完第一单元就把练习册给收了。同学们七嘴八舌地说：“老师，第二单元还没讲呢！ ”“对呀！”“对呀！”老师这才恍然大悟：“快！快把练习册传下去！”我们都笑个不停。

　　这就是我们的英语老师，有可亲又可敬。

　　We felt English very difficult when we began to study English. Miss Wu had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, she came into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples, bananas and oranges. She said, “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the fruits if you can tell me their names in English. ”

　　我们刚开始学习英语的时候感觉英语很难。吴老师有一个好办法解决这个问题。一天，她带了好多水果来到教室，像苹果，香蕉和桔子之类的。她说：“今天我们要学习这些水果的名字。如果你们能用英语告诉我它们的名字，你们就可以吃它们。”

　　All of us were interested and wanted to win the fruits. We listened to her very carefully. Someone even stood up to answer questions. When the class was over, all the fruits were all eaten.

　　在我的身边，有许许多多令我感动的人，其中最让我感动的莫不过是我的英语老师Miss Liang。

　　Miss Liang 是我的英语老师，为什么说她感动人呢，是因为她对我们的教学工作进行得无微不至。每天早上一来到学校，她都微笑着对我打招呼。有的同学请假缺课了，她总是待他回来后帮他认真地补上落下的课。还有的同学做了些错事，她都会叫他到跟前，耐心地批评指正。在同学的面前，她显得格外亲切，好似她是我们母亲一样，我们都非常喜欢她，喜欢她讲课时流利的语言，喜欢她和同学们交流时亲切的眼神，更喜欢她对教学无微不至的优良品质。

　　记得一节英语课上，和往常一样，Miss Liang 提着录音机走进教室，所不同的.是，她好像有点疲惫的样子，而且没有立即叫大家上课，而是在黑板上写道：非常抱歉！顿时，全班立即”热闹“起来了，所有同学都窃窃私语，不知道发生了什么事：Miss Liang 究竟怎么了？为什么写下这些字？是不是生病了？老师没管我们，咳了几声，在黑板上写下了一些这节课要学的英语单词，然后又咳了几声，吃力地说：”上课！“我听见她沙哑的嗓音，才知道，原来Miss Liang 嗓子哑了！同学们都大为吃惊，Miss Liang平时嗓音动听，今天怎么突然哑了，应该是天天上课累的吧。

　　老师叫了一个帮手，让他读她书上写的句子，自己也在旁边指导着，每次说话都很辛苦，有时非常沙哑，有时甚至发不出声音，要咳几下才能继续。我听见Miss Liang 那沙哑的声音，恨不得举起手来，大声说道：”Miss Liang，我来帮您讲！“

　　直到下课，Miss Liang那沙哑的嗓音才慢慢离开了我们耳际。

　　从这件事中，我体会到了Miss Liang 教学的一丝不苟，舍己为人，如果没有这些品德，她可能会在课上随便乱讲应付了事，也可能一点小咳嗽就不上课。可Miss Liang 不是这样，她为了教学呕心沥血的精神彻底感动了我们！
