　　今年，我成功的当上了英语课代表。就在那以后，我开始收发英语本。这可不是一项轻松的任务。每天我需要非常早的'来到学校，挨家挨户地收取作业本。有的同学非常认真，交作业本很积极，但是有些同学就很不配合，总是拖拖拉拉，不是忘带，就是漏做作业。很多时候，我只好把其中写得好的作业本交给那些乱写作业的同学重抄，对于忘记带作业的同学，我还要给他们准备白纸补做。可怜我的一本英语作业本，才买几天就撕得只剩下几页纸了。

　　即使这样，还是有些同学不愿意交作业，他们总是往后推，这节课推到下节课，今天推到明天，追着他做他都不理会。尤其是王飞扬同学，有一次，我给他本子让他抄做一遍，我是第一节课给他布置的作业，到第四节课还没把本子交上来。我在教室里根本见不到他的人影，只好下楼去找，找了半天才发现他原来在打乒乓球。我气得大声吼叫：‘王飞扬，快回教室做作业，就你一人没交了，不要害得全班同学跟着你挨批评。’你们猜他会怎么做?他竟然对着我做鬼脸，嬉皮笑脸地说：“下节课吧，下节课一定交。”我当时头都气大了，只好陪着笑脸把他硬拉到教室，站在他身旁盯着他把作业写完。

　　本子终于收齐了，我快步走向老师的办公室，敲了三下门，等不及老师说请进，就直接走了进去。宋老师果然在满怀期待的等着我。我把本子交给她说：“宋老师，我把作业本收齐了，五十三人，一个不差。”

　　上英语课的时候，宋老师面带笑容的走进教室，再次当着全班同学的面表扬我工作负责，我心里无比激动，真想变做一只小鸟，飞到天上去，告诉蓝天白云，告诉太阳月亮，我想对着小草喊，对着花儿笑，我想让全世界都知道——我好开心，我好满足!

　　虽然英语不是一门主课，虽然英语没有活动，虽然当英语课代表非常辛苦，但是它给我自信，让我自豪。

　　Besides, they should revise their emergency preparedness plans and tighten security. For example, security guards should patrol campus seriously such as teaching buildings and student dorms, and enforce strict entrance checks, barring entry to anyone carrying a gun or a knife. As students, we should strengthen our knowledge of safety, which requires us to be alert to some potential hazards in our daily life.
