　　今天，我们外国语学校举办了一年一度的活动——英语节。

　　说起英语，这可是我们学校的特色，在新密占有霸主的地位，是无人能够媲美的，所以，校长每年都为我们举办英语节。这不，激动人心的时刻即将到来，现是二年级小朋友们的节目，他们那优美的舞姿，稚嫩的歌喉，使我仿佛又回到了几年前。不知不觉中，表演就结束了，小朋友们的表演博得了我们的阵阵掌声，接着是一年级小朋友带来的表演，他们手中贴着红纸，在动听的旋律下，那红纸片就像随风摇曳的红花，在阳光下，自由的摆动。样子优美极了，赢得了大家的'喝彩。接着是就是四年级，他们的舞蹈也很棒，还继承着英语歌的传统舞蹈，所以也很受欢迎。五年级的学生也不甘示弱，那叫一个赏心悦目，手中的乐器伴着音乐成了好听的节奏，传入我们的耳边，再加上那整齐的舞姿，是我们更加的佩服这群“花骨朵儿”了，接着就是压轴大戏的其中一个：杰克·迈克的《Beatit》那叫一个酷啊！潇洒的转身，酷酷的甩头，帅气的踢腿，真让人眼红啊！

　　If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours.Sleep very late is bad for health,so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .

　　Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday.Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd.There is a saying:an apple a day keeps a doctor away,so it's good to have some fruits every day.Also,we need to drink enough water.

　　To sum up,we should keep a healthy life style.I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

　　at 8:00 i got up and went bus station with my mother .o my god there were so many people!with difficult we got up the bus and felt very crowed.the traffic was so bad too!i cost nearly 1 hour that we arrived the center of street.

　　what were worse there were even more people!in my opinion it was not very interesting to come out at this day!nest time i prefer to stay at home and study!
