For a growing number of Chinese people, the most productive thing to do with ones spare time is to study for some kind of certification. From languages to business skills to teaching, certifications act as proof that you are skilled in something very specific. More and more, a resume with degrees and work experiences looks a bit boring; certifications are like accessories they complete the outfit.
Certifications accomplish several purposes. First, they show employers that youre diversified; you have made an effort to learn skills outside of your major or occupation. Also, certifications show that you are proactive; you dont sit around in your spare time. Instead, youre constantly looking to improve yourself. This is what sets applicants apart from the rest when applying for a sought-after position.
In my opinion, certifications are attractive, but should not be over-emphasized. Communication skills are equally as important, and can be honed and strengthened without paying for a class. After all, interviews are concerned with more than what is on the paper.

Every year billion tons of carbon dioxide is added into the air, which in part results in global warming and climate change. Now we are live in the world that is filled with pollution. As far as I am concerned, we should reduce carbon emission.

What’s more, it is cheaper, comparing with other ways. Second, there are different kinds of trees which can absorb carbon dioxide, so we also need plant more trees around us. At the same time, our government should pay attention to take action to improve our living quality.

《红豆与菲比》是一本描写两个动物好朋友日常生活的图画书。小狗红豆和猫咪菲比同住一屋檐下，习惯爱好各不相同，它们怎么相处，会变成好朋友吗?这本图书描述了两个动物的友情，故事情节简单，文句也非常简洁，但却给人“很萌很温馨”的感觉。
《红豆与菲比》的作者彼得?麦卡蒂(Peter McCarty) 1966年出生于美国康乃迪克州的西港。彼得?麦卡蒂可以说是美国图画书界近几年崛起的新星之一。他细腻温煦的画风、淡然却悠远的故事，创造了数部令人印象深刻的作品。其鲜明的个人特色与风格，不但为他赢得了众多掌声与奖项，也为他的创作生涯开启了无限的可能。麦卡蒂的多部作品都获得了诸多评论家的肯定。1996年出版的《夜间旅程》、1999年出版的《赶路小兔》和20xx年出版的《红豆与菲比》都是获得了很多大奖的佳作。

彼得·麦卡蒂是一位了不起的图画书作家，他用水彩和彩铅涂绘出的两位圆滚滚的主人公，正是那种小孩子一看到就爱不释手的形象。书中菲比被小主人抱住时仿佛在挣扎、浑身肉乎乎的感觉，让每一个读到这里的小朋友都忍不住想要尝试着抱一抱她!小狗红豆吃饱之后，躺在他最喜欢的地方，四条小短腿悬在那里，整个身体仿佛被充了气一样鼓鼓的，此时的红豆真的很像毛绒玩具店橱窗中展示的样品!
世界上大约有十分之八的孩子不是喜欢猫就是喜欢狗，其实大人的世界也是如此吧。通过这样一本惹人喜爱的图画书，家长[微博]和孩子很容易在亲子阅读中产生共鸣，从而达到促进亲子之间的'关系和心灵沟通这一根本目标。
好朋友间的心有灵犀
故事一开始，猫咪菲比躺在窗子上、小狗红豆躺在地板上，两只宠物虽然同处一室，但看上去却相互漠不关心，甚至毫不相关。接下来，只有红豆独自去参加“一趟冒险之旅”，加之图画上两个宠物站在地上，不但一个头向东、一个头朝西，而且一个在门里、一个在门外，这样的构图，无疑给人一种感觉：他们只是同一个主人的两只宠物，而不是好朋友。
但随后便发生了转折：红豆和菲比尽管分开行动了，但红豆“找”到他朋友的同时，菲比也被小宝宝“找”到了;红豆“冲”向浪花时，菲比则“冲”向了门口;红豆在海边“玩得开心”，菲比跟手纸也“玩得开心”;红豆“饿了”，菲比也“饿了”……他们的动作总是不谋而合，最后，晚饭的时间一到，两个宠物同时在家门口集合、并开始在一起吃饭、最后一起睡觉，尽管还是一个在窗子上、一个在地板上。
经常有人说双胞胎或是关系特别要好的朋友家人，当一个人发生了一件事情时，另一个人就会有心灵感应，有时候也会发生一件相似的事情。比如有时候早上起床时，我的妻子就会讲昨天晚上在梦中跟女儿在什么地方玩了什么游戏，女儿如意竟常常也会说也做了同样的美妙的梦，然后两个人就高兴地讲起了梦中好玩的事情。
