　　Today, my cousin and I are in a happy mood to go to grandma's house for the New Year's eve dinner. Although grandma cooked a table, my cousin and I were not at dinner, but set off firecrackers.

　　So my cousin and I finished the meal net, and we rushed to buy firecrackers. Because it's New Year's day, my parents won't blame us, but always say a little more carefully. We bought a lot of firecrackers in the small shop. Some are like candy, some are decorated with minefields, and others like a long rifle. There are so many varieties!

　　Then we came to the playground and lit a small mine with a cigarette lighter. In an instant, they whirled like a snail, and the sparks were like flowers, beautiful! Then, we put candy firecrackers, "crackling, pitter-patted," sounds really nice! Look, my cousin covering her ears like a little mouse hide to hide away, she want to set off firecrackers, but again afraid very much, had to follow in my ass from time to time out after head and take a look at, she was funny and cute! In the end, we lit the "rifle". At first, it didn't make any noise. My cousin and I were very curious. What happened? If you want to go and see, mother quickly stopped, "danger." Results waited a while, listen to 1 of "pa", a "bullet" shoot out, the sky opened a large chrysanthemum, pieces of petals spilled down like a meteor, dyed the sky red. Oh, how high! With the dazzling sparks of the dark night sky, the colors are spectacular!

　　In China, Spring Festival is one of the most important festivals. It is also getting more and more popular in some foreign countries. When Spring Festival comes, it means that a new year comes, and people grow a year older. During the festival, it is very crowded throughout the country.

　　On the eve of Spring Festival, parents get food, clothes and Spring Festival's goods prepared. The people who work outside come back, and the whole family gets together to have meals and say goodbye to the last year, and welcome the New Year. After the meal, they wait until midnight comes. They set off fireworks then.

　　On the first morning of the Spring Festival, everyone wears their new clothes and then go to other's homes to celebrate the New Year. Each family sets off fireworks when their guests come, and they take out sweets and peanuts to share. On the following days, they go around to their relatives and friends. The Spring Festival has several meanings. It means people working outside can come back to relax themselves, a new year begins. When spring comes, farmers begin to plant crops and people make a plan for the New Year.

　　All the people throughout the world pay much attention to it. Our country of course holds some national celebrations to celebrate it. This most traditional festival in China will go on being celebrated in the future.
