Women are playing an increasingly important part in society today. The tittle when women were only confined to the kitchen and looked after their children at home is gone. Instead, they have gone out their homes and taken up many jobs such as drivers, doctors, scientists and even top managers which used to be dominated by men. Now we can say for sure what men can do is equally done by women. With the changes in their social role, women's position in some families has been improved as well. Today, husbands and wives are equal in their families. They share the housework, make family decisions and make joint efforts to deal with family problems. In other words, they share both sorrows and happiness together. In spite of these, the liberation of women has not been completely realized. In some areas women are still second-class citizens. That husbands are sitting in the armchairs with cigarettes in their hands waiting to be served by their wives is still a common scene. Besides women usually can't enjoy equal pay even if they do the same jobs as men do. All these are unfair. So it is still a long way to go for women to fight for their complete liberation.

What’s life? Many people spend all their time searching for the answer.
Life would be a paradise everyone dreams of; Life would be full of happiness and mysteries; Life would be valuable treasure.
But what about the life we’re living now?
We spend too reckless, laugh too little , get angry too quickly, stand up too late, getup too tired. We have multiply our possessions, but reduce our values. We talk too much , laugh too little and lie too often. We’ve learnt how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life, not life to years.
So we get more and more tired. Even a small failure can break us down. It’s time to change our minds.
The rabbis of old put it this way: “A man comes to this world with his first clenched, but, when he dies, his hand is open.” The art of living is to know when to hold fast and when to let go. For life is a paradox: it enjoin us to cling to it many gifts even while it ordains their eventual relinquishment.
Hold fast to life, but not so fast that you can’t let go. By always chasing after new goals, we’re never really appreciating what we already have right now. When I walked in the street one day, the sunlight hit me. Hoe beautiful it was, how warming, how sparking, how brilliant! I looked around to see if anyone else relished the sun’s gold glow, but everyone was going to or fro, most with eyes fixed on the ground. The I realize most of us, have been in different to the grandeur of each day, too preoccupied with petty and sometimes even meaningless concerns. At that moment, I came to know life’s gifts are precious---but we’re too heedless of them.
Surely we must hold fast to life, for it’s wonderful and full of beauties. We know that is so, but often we recognize this truth, only in our backward glance when we remember what was, and then realize that is no more.
We remember a beauty that faded, a love that waned. But we remember

Born in a small village in South Africa, Mandela was one of the 13 children of a tribe chief. Unlike his father, he didn’t want to use his social status to oppress his people. Deep in his heart, he wanted to start the national liberation movement, and help the black people to live freely. In 1944, Mandela was actively involved in different kinds of campaign, aimed to fight for the rights for the majority blacks without violence resistance in the country. In 1961, he became the anti-apartheid leader, and won the honor of all the black people. However, Mandela was arrested for treason but later was acquitted. In 1962, the South Africa government was arrest him for the same excuse and he started his prison life for 27 years. But the hard life in prison never changed his faith that he would build an equal, free new Africa. He is such a great fighter that he finally released from prison. He believed that the world would become peace and equal. There is no racial discrimination.
Just like he used to say, no one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.
Rest In Peace,Mandela.
