　　Everyone has his hobby. My hobbies include swimming, composition, English and pipa, but I like swimming best.

　　Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. Summer vacation, I took part in the swimming class, under the guidance of the teacher, I took my swim ring, water through no longer afraid of choking water, then abandoned the swim ring, practice floating, after a hard practice, I set up the confidence, finally learned to floating. After a hard workout, I learned breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle and diving. Also, my swimming speed is the fastest in my class. Swimming is too easy for me.

　　One day, my mother and I came to jinmao international club together with my friends. We do warm-up exercise, went under the water, the water temperature is 28 degrees, but none is so high, I feel a little cold, but we still insist on swimming for three hours, it is because I often practise at home to enhance physical fitness, so would like this. Feeling a little tired, we played for a while...

　　By learning to swim, I feel deeply that if we are interested in a thing and work hard to do it, we will succeed.

　　对于一个没下水的人来说，学习游泳是很困难的。主要是因为没有自信，害怕呛水。暑假里，我参加了游泳学习班，在老师的指导下，我带着游泳圈下水了，经不再害怕呛水了，于是抛弃了游泳圈，练习浮水，经过刻苦的练习，我建立了信心，终于学会了浮水。有经过一段刻苦的训练，我又学会了蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和跳水。并且，我的游泳速度是班里最快的。游泳对我来说太简单了。

　　一天，我和妈妈及朋友一起来到了“金茂国际俱乐部”。我们做了热身运动，就钻到了水底下，水的温度是28度，可是一点都没有那么高，我感到有点冷，但我们还是坚持游了3个小时，这是因为我经常在家练习增强体质，所以才会这样。感觉有点累，我们又玩了一会……

　　通过学习游泳，我深深感觉到对于一件事只要我们有兴趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定会成功。

　　Everybody has his hobby, such as singing, dancing, photo-taking, drawing, reading or guitar playing. My hobby is collecting stamps. Why? Because my favourite hobby gives me a lot of pleasure, and I can learn a lot about geography and history from stamps.

　　I have already collected about 800 stamps since I was in Grade Two. Yesterday my uncle sent me a beautiful Canadian stamp from Montreal. I was too excited to sleep last night.
