　　I have two sisters, the oldest one was married a year ago. Now my sister is pregnant and I can’t wait to see her baby. I feel so excited about the coming baby, I will be her aunt, which means I grow up. When the child is born, I will take care of her, I want to set an example to her. I am the smallest one in my family, I get used to being taken by others. Now I can be the big sister and I will learn how to be a good sister. I will grow up with my sister’s baby, maybe we can be the good friends.

　　这周的星期三，在这个阴云密布的早晨，进行了让人紧张而又难忘的英语期中考试。

　　早读课时，我认真地阅读着英语书，生怕漏掉了什么，使得没能考到好成绩，不过，当时并不是很紧张。就在这时，我听到了让老师领卷子的广播，心里默默地想：放松，放松，我可以考好的，为什么要紧张呢？虽然，我竭力地安慰着自己，可是紧张的感觉，却油然而生。突然，四（3）班的老师走了进来，原来，她就是我们这次的监考老师。开始放听力的录音了，声音震耳欲聋，有一道题目没能听清，结果就蒙了一个答案，心里暗暗地想：惨了，这个题目没听清，如果蒙的答案是错的，岂不是要拖累自己了？后面的笔试部分我觉得很简单，于是就没有认真检查。

　　第二天，报成绩时，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，脑神经简直绷到了极点。虽然得到了一个不错的'成绩：98。5，但是那依然不是我心目中理想的成绩。果然，我没听清楚的那道听力题不出所料错了和一个单词少了复数形式的“S”。顿生悔意，如果我当时检查一遍或许就只会错一道题了。

　　这次考试，因为我粗心和对题目的轻视而犯下的错误，铭刻在我的脑海里，从今以后我不能再让自己重蹈覆辙，要认认真真地做好每一件事。

　　Loose,wavy brown hair hung down to her waist at the back--she had a fringe over her forehead that almost hid her pale eyes.The nose--not her best feature--was long but not ugly.She had a regular set of white teeth and was full-lipped.

　　Her round face often looked rather sallow in complexion;she wasn't very tall or slim,and she walked with slightly-rounded shoulders.When I knew her,she must have been in her early thirties,about thirty-fifth even-and she even had one or two tell-tale wrinkles round the mouth.

　　我们班的人差不多都到了的时候，老师说：“今天你们这节课自由活动，如果要去教室外面玩的话经过我的同意也可出去。”同学们欢呼了一声：“太棒了！”大家都离开了自己的位子，跑到了朋友的`身边，开始玩。其中速度最快的是爱打篮球的人，他们迅速地跑到讲台桌前，问老师：“我们能打篮球吗？”老师说了一句：“可以。”他们就冲出了教室，往操场跑去。第二快的是玩“三国杀”的人，其中带牌的人把盒子从书包里拿出来，打开盒子，把牌在桌子上放好，立即引来了一群人，就像蜂蜜引来了一群“蜜蜂”。

　　而我不急，慢慢地走向棋柜，拿出中国象棋，找几个朋友和我一起玩。我几乎每一次都能下赢对手。令我惊讶的是，有一个同学居然玩上了手机！教室里非常热闹，每一个角落都有说话声。在操场上打球的人，也发出了很响很响的声音，有些声音连我们也听得到。后来我们班炫耀这件事被别的班听到了，他们都说：“你们好爽啊！”

　　第二天，英语老师来了，一打听才知道昨天她去开会了，语文、数学老师也有事，就让那位老师来代课。
