　　想起我的英语老师Luise,我的嘴角便不禁扬了起来,因为跟他学英语让我感到了快乐!

　　我们这个班级同学很调皮,很是让老师头疼啊!Luise不会像别的老师一样一味严厉地管教我们，而是用他特有的忍耐力幽默感“征服”我们。

　　有一天上课,大家盼星星、盼月亮地盼来了游戏环节，哪知Luise却说这堂课大家表现的不好，取消了游戏！大家当然是不会肯的，一个个哭着喊着要游戏，否则下堂课便消失！Luise没办法，只好先答应着，但要求大家必须要先背会黑板上的那几个单词。大家只好照做。突然，一个同学背得不耐烦了，竟然走到黑板前，“唰唰”几下便把黑板上的那几个单词给擦得干干净净了，擦完还得意的说：“Luise，这些单词跳楼自杀了！我们不要背了吧！”Luise的脸顿时铁青了，他站了起来，大家以为他要骂那位同学，吓得都把凳子往后挪了挪。Luise走到黑板前，重新写上了那几个单词，还笑了笑（笑的很苦）说：“那么现在，单词又复活过来了，大家是不是要认真背呢？”大家呆了很久，又开始背单词了……

　　我发现，Luise的`忍耐度好像是没有限度的！还有一次，一个同学像虫子一样，整节课都在做小动作，Luise先是警告了他，但他没有听，动着，动着，这位同学竟然把椅子给弄破了。教师里先是无声，接着爆发出笑声……而Luise的反应就是不声不响地拿来一把新椅子交到那位同学的手里，并要求那位同学下堂课带60元人民币现金赔偿，仅此而已。

　　要是我们班多一个像Luise这样的好老师，我们学生会多出许多轻松和快乐！

　　2、It is time to take the advice of ... and to put special emphasis on the improvement of ... 该是采纳……的'建议，并对……的进展给予非常重视的时候了。
