　　星期六，妈妈在家里教我做番茄炒鸡蛋。

　　首先，把番茄洗干净，在洗时妈妈提醒我说：“冬天的番茄，特别要洗干净，因为冬天的番茄是由农民伯伯洒过农药的。所以，要洗干净。”然后，我把番茄切的一片大一片小的`时候，这时，妈妈又对我说：“铭铭，番茄大小切的要基本相同。”在妈妈的指导下，我终于切的一次比一次好多了。

　　然后，把鸡蛋打碎，虽然一开始打得不好。但是，经过反复地练习一次比一次好的多。

　　最后，先拿一个锅子，然后，在锅里倒点油，再把鸡蛋倒进去，用铲子在里面来回翻炒，看见鸡蛋变黄了，有点硬，再把番茄倒进去，放点水，关好锅盖。烧了一会儿，锅开了，放一点糖、一点盐，我问到：“为什么要放糖呢?”妈妈说“因为放一点糖是为了能去掉番茄的酸味。”

　　这时，爸爸下班回来了，说：“真好吃啊!”
