　　我得承认，对于一个英语听说能力不强的人，如果照做的话一开始的过程会非常的痛苦。很有可能的结果是一部电影下来什么也没有听明白。但是，请相信我，如果能够坚持这样做的话，那么在10部电影之后，就会听懂相当多的对白，并且能够复述听懂的对白中的一半。每一个人都有接受语言的本能，这个办法带有一点点强制性，但可以把我们的语言潜能发掘出来。在一开始的时候，建议挑选一些曾经看过的影碟，这样会帮助你对英语原声的理解。另外，一定要保证每天，最多不超过两天就要看一盘碟片。另外，如果条件允许，那么最好自己在一个房间里面以避免干扰。这个方法可以有效锻炼英语听说的基本功。

　　2.利用一切机会扩大自己的词汇量，但是先要扔掉4-6级考试标准词汇表
