　　说到和蔼可亲，全老师真是我们见到的很和蔼的一位老师了，有些老师，发现学生做错了一点点小事，要么是劈头盖脸的一句，要么让他去罚站。可是全老师不会这样。有一次，我们班的'陈昊同学上课玩珠子，结果全老师走过来，陈昊以为要怎么了，结果很害怕，但是，全老师并不是劈头盖脸的骂人，而是告诉陈昊，这样做是不对的，什么的，最后陈昊对老师说了对不起，老师也就原谅了他了。

　　全老师说话也很幽默。那次开家长会，爸爸也把全老师的事情告诉了我，全老师说：“小孩子考试，就算靠的不好，作为一个家长，也不能劈头盖脸就是一句‘你怎么这么蠢啊，你怎么这么傻啊’之类的话，小孩子的自尊心很强，受不了这些打击的。”说完了，家长们都鼓起掌来。
