当天，英文老师替紧张的我们打扮得引人注目，把脸蛋画上浓浓的妆，帮头发设计造型。到了休息区先加紧认真练习，我们是第十一组，大家有时专注的练习，有时从电视中观赏其他队伍的演出。当到了第十组演出时，我们各个冒出带着不安的汗水，脸色显露出恐惧，而老师则是拉高嗓音，不断的重复「一定得放大音量！」……等等的注意事项，这些提醒使我们更加惶惶不安！

1.抄诵法

2.时空法。
记住要背内容中表示时间方位顺序的词语。
3.人物法。
记住文章中依次(或分类)出现的几个人物，这样忆人思情，忆人思言，就有助于理解与背诵。
4.情境法。

5.情节法。
掌握故事的起因、经过、发展、高潮、结果等具体情节，据情而背就容易的多了。
6.延伸法。

13.点线法抓住文章的脉络，提炼出各层次的'关键词语、句子作为记忆的点，如表现人物形象的动词等，根据先后次序排列起来，再连点成线，连线成面，展开快速记忆，背诵课文，也就是按照文章写作的线索顺序，把全文的主要内容联系起来记忆。
14.分合法
先分句背，在句中背关键词，这样逐句背，而后合背，由词连句，由句连段，再由段连篇。或先抓要背内容的主要部分，再带动次要部分，再合背。

我游荡于校园内，先后碰到了小朗、小红、小刚、小痒痒和大刘，并欣赏了他们圆睁的眼睛和呈现“o”形的嘴。我看够了，于是转身回去。
回到教室，走近我的位子。坐在前面的兄弟用手支着头。我没趣儿地走过去：“怎么了?”当我看到他脸上从不曾出现过的痛苦表情时，我意识到自己不该问——这是显然的。他说，他妈妈哭了，当他告诉她英语分数后，她沉默着，一个劲儿地吃瓜子。
他比我高4分。
于是这个晚上，我没有回家，也没有像往常一样地给家里去电话。我不是怕妈妈哭，我怕我哭。

人们一定不相信，每个晚上，英语弱智都在被窝昏暗的手电光下学习着英语。
