　　下午，英语节开演，身为观众而非演员的我，只能和大部分同学坐在教室内在第三、四节课上观看直播。没办法，谁让自己不是演员呢！谁让自己报名时不够积极呢。谁让自己没有这个在台上展示口语的胆量呢。

　　台上演员的表演一个个都十分精彩，台下的我们却只能观赏这场大戏，做出一些“没有什么用处”的欢呼喝彩、鼓掌。如此一来，台上台下，谁更有价值，谁的水平更高，谁的处境更好……自然，也就一目了然了。绝对的，台上的人比我这台下的强多了。

　　先不说谁英语好、表演能力好、运气好，抛开这些统统不提，单单是台上的同学的敢于上台的勇气就足以令人敬佩，并且更胜我一筹了。虽然我以前也报过名，但那也仅仅是一个配角罢了，台词十句话都不到，而且，就算这个节目不表演了，难道我就不会投身到其他节目里吗？是运气不好节目被淘汰掉了吗？不是！是自己的英语口语不强吗？不是，我每天的外教课也不是白上的！这一个又一个理由，只是苍白而无力的'谎言罢了。根本原因，并不如此。

　　真正的原因，是不自信。面对英语，缺乏勇气，一心只想要逃避。一直这样，又怎么会成为台上的演员呢？始终这样，就算过一百年也不用想上台，但问题是，我就真的不敢上台吗？不是。仔细想想，我哪个地方逊色于别人了？英语方面，我的英语成绩在班里不算差，口语我也一直上着1对1外教课，有很大提升。临场方面，从小到大，主持人领诵也不知当过多少次，自然不怯场。技巧方面，在英语新概念课上表演课文内容，我们组合总能在我的带领下获表演最佳，表演天分一点都不差。所以，由此可见，对于英语节节目，我有很多资本。既然如此，干嘛不去拼一把呢？
