　　因为是提纲类作文，所以考生在写这篇书面表达时一般而言不会跑题，不会落到要点，因此与图画类、表格类文章相比较，考生容易得分。

　　但在写这篇文章时，考生应注意下面几点，也就是考生容易失误的地方：

　　1）注意人称，应该用第一人称的形式给房东（第二人称）写便条；

　　2）注意时态的正确使用：从试题的内容上可以看出在表达要点1和2时应用将来时；而要点3中的.几个方面则需要注意时态的替换，会用到一般过去时，现在时和将来时，所以考生不能只顾句意而忽略时态的正确使用，可能这是许多考生在这次考试中丢分的主要原因。
