　　定语：

　　(1) 修饰名词或代词的成分,常由形容词、名词(含所有格)、代词(物主、指示、疑问、不定)、介词短语、不定式(短语)充当,在初三阶段还学习了定语从句做定语的知识。如：Put it in the top drawer.(把它放在最上层的抽屉里。) / France and Switzerland are European countries. (法国和瑞士是欧洲国家。) / His mother and father are both college teachers.(他的父母都是大学教师。) / This is the day that I can never forget in my life.(这是我一辈子难忘的日子。)

　　(2) 单词做定语时一般放在被修饰的名词前面,而且有一定的次序。

　　(3) 时间副词(now,then,today,yesterday,...)、地点副词(here,there,back,in,out,home,...作定语时放在被修饰的名词后面。如：I could not find my way out, so I stayed there all along. (我找不到出去的路,所以就一直呆在那儿。)

　　(4) 介词短语修饰名词时只能放在名词的'后面：The monkey in the cage was caught yesterday. (笼子里的猴子是昨天逮着的。)

　　(5) 形容词修饰复合不定代词时,往往后置。如：He remembered everything unusual. (他记得所有不寻常的事情。)

　　(6) 定语还可以用从句充当,详见定语从句。

　　(7) 注意：由于定语属于修饰性的成分,因此它常归入主语、宾语、表语之中,不作为句子的主要成分。

　　早知道英语学校今天有万圣节活动，我和妈妈商量了好久，决定打扮成了小公主来参加活动。一进瑞思英语的大门，哎呀，变样了！墙贴上了可怕的蜘蛛网、黑黑的树枝，桌子上当然还有南瓜灯，这些都是万圣节的标志。过道里，小朋友们都打扮成了不同样子，我都认不出来啦！进了我的教室，也都变样了！教室的门上被纸贴黑了，在黑纸上，还贴着几只蝙蝠。原来贴的“a、b、c”不见了，变成了南瓜灯。天花板上挂各种各样的南瓜灯模型。看来，万圣节活动的准备工作已经好了。

　　今年的万圣节活动是一组游戏，就是要到不同的教室去闯关，我们组是第一个闯关的。听了老师的安排，我心里砰砰直跳，心想：会不会又向去年一样，教室里藏了一个“鬼”出来吓唬人。心里正在忐忑不安时，老师宣布了闯关游戏规则。第1个教室是投硬币！谁投进去了一个硬币，谁就得一颗糖果。第2个教室是抢椅子；第3个教室是猜猜看，具体是“小组长描绘一个物品，组员来猜是什么”；第4个教室是老师来说单词，小朋友来找出单词，然后再把单词背后的糖果取出来；第5个是做手工。我们整个上午都在疯玩。

　　除了改作业，她还要盯紧我们这些不完成作业的“捣蛋鬼”。记得有一次：六年级上册的时候，我没有写周末的英语作业，老师在课堂上狠狠的批评了我一顿，并且叫我第四节的体育课去找他补作业。一来到老师办公室老师的第一节课就是：“志阳，你来啦，快坐下。”我开始补我的作业，老师一边看我的作业一边对我说：“志阳，为什么没有写作业？”我支支吾吾的想了半天，最后才说：我没有抄作业回家。”你啊！你啊！上了六年级也不把不抄作业的习惯改改，六年级的功课是十分紧的，不写作业是不行的。“

　　MISS郑不仅仅是一位”拼命三郎“，更是一只”笑面虎“。记得有一次：上公开课，老师看着后面的”听众“。并没有妈一些没有写作业的同学，而是十分温柔的给我们讲课，让我们在课堂上欢声笑语；可是下课后”听众“们走了，MISS就开始发威了”王禹，有没有写作业“。原来，她一早就发现有同学没完成作业，刚才碍于情面没有发火。这下客人一走，她怎能饶了这些懒惰虫呢！你们说，MISS郑是不是一只”笑面虎“。

　　六年过去了，转眼间，我们也长大了起来，再过一个月，我们就要和我们相伴六年的小学生活，踏上了成长的道路，去上中学了。一回想起来，其实，最应该感谢的是母校，是感谢教过我们的老师们！
