　　她对我们一向要求严格。比如说每一次考试，英语试卷上都要求我们圈大题目；此外，单项选择要圈出关键词，还要把为什么选这个答案写上去。每个人还要定学习目标，没有达到目标就扣掉一个印章；小于95分就要写300字的学习反省，90分以下综合考评就一定是良；到70分，就要请家长到学校和老师谈话。考完试，老师还会一题一题地和我们讲解，分析错题的原因，直到我们学会为止。

　　老师虽然很严格，但上课的时候就会像换了一个人一样，紧皱的眉头突然舒展了，还会和我们做游戏。每个同学脸上都展现出灿烂的`笑容，我们又蹦又跳，好像不在受约束的校园里，而像在乐园里一样。下课了，老师面带微笑回答同学们的问题，温柔地和以前的学生打招呼，瞬间变成“天使”一般。

　　英语老师还有一个绝招。当班上乱成一锅粥的时候，英语老师一站到讲台上面，所有同学都“嘘”声相互提醒，然后一秒钟内班里鸦雀无声。
