在小学阶段，教英语作文是一件很令人头疼的事。学生们单词量少，语法知识贫乏，硬让学生强写，是错误百出，甚至还有很多的中式英语，闹出不少笑话。我分以下四个步骤来教作文，目前感觉效果不错。
第一、仿写句子。就是将句子中的关键词用其它同类的单词来代替。
第二、翻译句子。将中文句子翻译成相对应的英文句子。这是用来锻炼学生的表达能力的。
第三、仿写课文。这里的课文包括简单的'对话、段落和短文。这实际也是仿写句子的一种延伸。也是替换课文中的关键词，让它再另外自成一篇。我现在教的一些中等水平的学生都基本能很好地仿写课文，有时还能有让人惊喜的创新。
最后，让能力较好的学生试着写命题作文。
在教英语作文时，切忌急于求成，要由简到难，循序渐进，一步一步地走。如果，一上手就让学生写命题作文，他们就会望而生畏，却步不前，不知道从哪里下手。

其实我也知道，如果想要好好的学英语的话，就不需要每天坚持记单词，每天坚持听听力，也许这些对于我们来说本身就是一个日积月累的过程，因为学英语也是在学一门语言。
我想如果要我回忆起当年是怎么从小时候开始，一个字一个字地学汉语的时候，那个时候我觉得都已经变成份上遥远的回忆了，甚至都好像是上辈子的`事情。
可是我依稀也记得当年在说普通话的时候，也是费了好大的劲才能够真的学会，然后在读课文的时候需要很长的时间，才渐渐的接受了这样的一种行为模式。
所以我想真的要学好英语的话，就要不断的去继续别人的经验和教学，去学习别人的成功经验，就在这样的都挺能装，总结出适合自己的学习方法，在这个过程当中，也许所有的问题都显得非常刻骨铭心，但是又有些艰苦和劳累，我们必须要吃这个苦，才能够真的得到相应的回报，因为什么事情都不是那么简单的。
我想以后学英语，我们就要坚定这样一个信念，才能够在这条路上越走越远。
