Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. 　　英语绘画本制作好以后，我就要在里面填内容了。可是我画什么呀，我左思右想，也想不出该画什么。我又打开英语教科书，看到里面的.单词，我灵机一动，比如苹果的单词，我先画一只苹果，画好以后再在下面用apple这个单词注明。我边画边读单词，一边默写。就这样，我边画画，边写单词，把抽象派画在英语绘画本上，我脑海里就有这个英语单词的概念了。
