　　为了使我的英语成绩更加理想，我报名参加了英语培训班，在这里我提高了我的英语水平，也学到了不少其它的东西，收获真是不小。

　　记得有一天，培训班进行了单元考试。开始考试前，想着那一大堆的试卷，我们都有点紧张。可试卷发下来我一看，感觉非常简单，我心里也暗自高兴，呵呵，这次应可考个高分了！于是我提笔“刷刷刷”的开始答题。突然，一道题让我犯了难，这是道单项选择题，问澳大利亚是什么，可我觉得两个答案——国家和洲都对。我犹豫半天，还是把两个答案都写了上去。

　　交卷了，我心里像15个水桶打水——七上八下，心里没把握。考试结果下来了，我的试卷上有一把大大的红叉，错的就是那道单选题！可我坚信我是正确的，于是理直气壮的'去找老师评理。老师说他是标准答案，不会有错，一旁的同学也劝我别白费力气了。

　　怎么才能让老师相信我的答案呢？我开始查阅相关资料，功夫不负有心人，终于让我找到了证据，在《英语知识大全》这本书中，明确的记录了澳大利亚在英语中既是国家又是洲。于是我把资料拿去给老师看，终于说服老师给我划掉了叉，加上了分数，哇，100分！我高兴极了！

　　这虽只是一次小小的英语考试，但我从中得到了一个启示：凡事贵在坚持，有时不懈地努力和坚持，可以让我们收获意想不到的结果！
