　　上课的过程中，的确是我这里有声音，轻则小声嘀咕，重则捂嘴大笑，严重影响了课堂秩序。但我并非恶意，只是缺乏自控力，不仅影响了周围人学习，还让自己降低了学习效率，这种行为是绝对的损人不利己！

　　课后，王老师把我们三个叫到了办公室，严肃地批评了我们，并且要求我们：认真对待每节课，即使掌握的很好，也要精益求精，最起码要对自己负责！我立马感觉到我的行为造成的不良影响，真为自己感到羞愧！王老师甚至对我的行为感到了痛心。我对不起王老师，对不起同学，更对不起我自己。这么宝贵的.时间，我竟然选择了虚度！

　　此时，我联想到了《岳阳楼记》，我应该像洞庭湖那样能动、能静；选择好的时机，做该做的事；我还要不以物喜、不以己悲，不看重一时的风光，不因一时的体面而毁掉了自己的未来，不因好成绩而高傲，不因失败而沮丧。

　　这次的悔恨，反思后会造就以后的胜利，而胜利就可以弥补我的过错。不以物喜，不以己悲，将会成为警醒我的警句。

　　我们三人并不差，一个个的配置都不低，但我们怎能让高配置只有一个低性能呢？千里马，因为有了伯乐才可有千里之能，我们是因为有了自控力才能进步！

　　反思是为了更好的进步，跌倒是为了更好的站起来。希望我以后不会再犯类似的错误，让老师、同学、家长都能看见我的进步！
