　　I often play with it when I am free , but it does not listen to me . It looks unhappy . I think it doesn’t like living in the small cage . I think I will take it out to the field tomorrow. I will open the cage and let it run and jump in the open air freely.

　　早上，我被一种咿咿哎哎的声音吵醒了，起来一看，原来是坐在客厅里妈妈听英语光盘。我走过去问：“妈妈，你为什么在听英语呀？”妈妈告诉我：“英语是一种国际语言，无论两个相隔多么遥远，不管他们在何时何地相遇，只要他俩都会说英语，他们之间就能沟通，就能互相交流，所以说学好英语是必要的。”听了妈妈的话，我真的.弄不明白，不要说用英语说话，现在我连听CD里的英语对话，我一句话都听不明白，怎么学呀？妈妈又说：“一次、两次听不明白没关系，只要在听得过程中认真地听，轻轻地跟着哼，听的次数多了，你就会慢慢听懂了，就学会说了。”我明白了，我想起我的英语老师——陈老师，她开始教我们背英语短句时，最初我也听不懂，后来听多了，也终于学会听和读了。以后我要多跟妈妈一起好好学习英语。
