　　耶！今天，我又拿了第一。

　　记得第一次上课默写单词的时候，我只打了80分，是全班最后一名。我感到很惭愧，为此李老师还和我谈过话，让我发奋努力超过他们。我自己也在心里暗暗地发誓，一定要努力，争取拿第一。

　　从这以后，老师只要求抄写的，我把它抄得全能默写出来；老师要求得读熟的`课文，我把它读得能背下来，还能背得滚瓜烂熟，已至于别的同学读都没我背得流利；老师要求造5个句子，我把它翻倍，造10个句子。总之，每次我都比老师更严格要求自己。所以，到了第二次上课，读，听，背，写，我都是全班第一了。

　　为此，李老师为了激力其他的同学，在班上宣布：只要谁赶上或超过了我，就翻倍奖励小盾牌。可是，李老师却在背地里三翻五次的告诫我说："你一定要更加努力，不要停步不前，这样他们会很容易赶上你的。"

　　听了李老师的话后，我也就更加发奋了。因此，到现在为止，我一直保持着第一的这个位子。

　　从这里，我终于懂得了"只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针"的道理：只要你努力了，就没有干不好的事情。
