　　Our English teacher, Bruce, is from Britain. He is forty years old or so. He is a tall and thin man, wearing a pair of glasses. Bruce is very strict with us. He always makes full preparations for his classes and corrects our homework carefully. His teaching style is quite different from that of other teachers. He always encourages all of us to think by ourselves and learn on our own. Now our ability to study independently has been greatly improved. Bruce has been getting along very well with all of us. 　　有一天上英语课，老师在讲语法知识，可是我们总是把两种语法弄混淆。老师并没有责怪我们，而是耐心地讲了一遍又一遍，直到我们弄懂为止。后来，还有几位同学不太明白，梁老师没有放弃他们，接着又重新讲了一遍，直到他们弄懂为止。

　　梁老师上课很严格，她不允许学生上课吵闹。有一次上课，坐在第一排的两个男生在叽叽喳喳地说话，老师在讲台上课，那两个男生声音太大，被梁老师听到了。梁老师停止讲课，狠狠地瞪了那两个男生一眼，他们没有再讲话。可是过了一会儿，当老师在黑板上板书时，他们又叽叽喳喳地说起话来。老师转过身，怒气冲冲地将课本重重地砸在讲台上，说：“你们像老鼠一样，一节课就在那儿叽叽喳喳地说话，把位置拉开，分开坐”。这时，我看到梁老师的脸色煞白，呼吸十分急促。全班同学静悄悄的，没有一个同学敢讲话。

　　这就是我们的英语梁老师，对我们既亲切又严厉，我喜欢她。
