　　说起学英语，还真是惭愧。三年级刚开始学习英语的时候，我时常把英语字母读成语文的拼音。

　　当时，我十分讨厌英语课，听着老师的天方夜谭，连自己听的什么东西都不知道。心里暗暗地叹息着：“哎，为什么要有英语课啊！如果没有英语课，整个世界就太平了。世界上为什么要有这么多语言让我去学习啊！搞得我都精神分裂了。”看到密密麻麻的英语字母遍布全书，我顿时感到头昏眼花。在四、五年级的时候，我对英语的看法才转变，我觉得它也没有我以前想象的那么难，只要好好听课、多多朗读、用心记单词,题目自然而然就会做了。

　　到了六年级，学到哪一单元，背到哪一单元，真爽快，没想到英语这么简单，多读多记就可以了。不像数学，有一节课不听，就不会做题。真是的，应该早点发现，三年级就不会每次考试扣分扣得只剩七八十分。

　　在生活中，我也可以用简单的英语同别人交流，例如：做了对不起别人的`事情，对不起别人的事情，“对不起”有点难说出口，而“sorry”就好多了。有一次，我家隔壁理发店来了两个老外，我们无法与他们交流，让我认识到了英语的重要性。

　　英语，这种语言文字，凝聚了西方人的智慧。这门学科，我会像语文、数学一样好好学习。
