　　我曾经看到过一则屠呦呦的诺贝尔奖之路，38岁的屠呦呦带领一个研究小组整理出很多药方，日夜攻关，遭遇无数失败，不断改进制法，前后历经数十年最终成功。我就想到了G老师，她奋斗，且不停息。

　　G老师刚来的时候，我听说她是M中学的老师，就奇怪她为什么能教出那么优秀的学生。后来，我就从她的奋斗中看出了理所当然。

　　G老师原本是教两个班的，但是，她宁可教好一个班也不教两个班，便推掉了一个班来专心教我们班。当时我很诧异，因为我知道一个月多赚一千块钱是不一样的，但是，我从她的行为中感到了一种奋斗，这是人的奋斗，人的风度。人不能像被动的键盘一样活着。

　　在第一次期末考试后，我们班的英语平均分排名全区第二，且离第一名只差0。01分，但G老师却整整就像是受了伤的小鸟一般，眼神完全暗淡了，失去了血色，她虚弱地教训我们，眼前充溢着失望。可能有人认为她也太极端了，认为这是一种非常不好的心态，但我也从她的所做所为中看出了那热血的奋斗。其实，我知道，她主要不是因为我们没考到全区第一而忧伤而是因为我们的懒散，吊而郎当。

　　G老师是一个不折不扣的工作狂，她经常熬到凌晨一二点为我们出试卷，仿佛在学习的不是我们而是她，因为我知道这样做对她没有任何好处。G老师对我们的每一个打算都很纠结，上次选择英语小组长的时候，她说“……。再根据一些七七八八的原因”。从七七八八的原因中我就看出了她的纠结，我知道这样去纠结是很难受的.，但是她仍就是每天熬到一二点，其实是我本不想提熬夜的。因为曾经有一个老师说过“什么春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”。难道老师就应该为工作牺牲健康吗？老师其实只是一个普通的职业而已，所以我只想赞美她之前熬夜的这种奋斗精神，去学习这种奋斗和忘我的精神！

　　那天，妈妈说“你知道G老师为什么这样拼命吗？我认为是因为她在贵州工作的时候深受那里的穷苦人民的感染。”但我认为还有另外一方面的原因，她自己没把书读好，所以不甘心，就奋斗，把我们看成她的希望吧！

　　她的奋斗不只是无脑地给我们出试卷，也是智慧地给予我们精神的教诲。她曾对我们说过“有的地方想读书都没钱读，当一个很穷的家庭中有两个孩子都考上大学时，他们便抓阄，运气好的就可以去上大学，运气不好的就只能把通知书撕掉，永存在自己的梦中”。我知道，她是在激励着我们奋斗。
