Nowadays, it is not strange to see a young people who become a mortgage slave, since Chinese people have made an agreement that get marry after buy a house. As we can see, the real estate advertisementis everywhere in the city. However, the real estate market strong impetus firstcame from the effective demand for the release of individuals.
现在看到年轻人变成房奴不奇怪，因为中国人一致认为结婚得买房。就像我们所见到的，城市里到处都是房地产广告。然而，房地产市场如此火爆是受个人购房需求的增长影响的。
By storing most of their wealth in real estate, many Chinese households have become house price dependent. They dream about that they will have a happy family life after they have a house of their own, but as a matter of fact, a family like that has to repay the loan principal and interest with 40%-50% of disposable income or even higher proportion every year. Undoubtedly, it will affect the normal consumption, make family life quality drops, and even make people feel depression of slavery.

今天到了那里以后，老师就和我们说：“今天课间要排坐位，大家先随便坐，等下了第一节课我就给你们调座位。”于是，我和王悉璇又坐在了一起。第一节课老师给我们看了作业，我和王悉璇都得了最高分。然后老师又让我们复习了26个字母正确书写。包括他的正确读法。过了一会到课间休息的时候了，老师让我们出去站队，然后我们到外面站好队的时候。老师一会让三个男生两个女生进去，一会让两个男生两个女生进去。终于轮到我了，老师把我排在了王悉璇的后面所以我和王悉璇挨得还是比叫进的。
第二节课开始了我们的'吕老师说：“这一节课我们要来学习单元音里的前六个，同学们，这一节课一定要认真听讲，因为下了课以后我们要人人都过关，我可不想让那一个同学留下。”于是我们好像都打起了精神准备开始学英语。吕老师每让我们学完一个单元音就组出好多带那个单元音的英语单词。然后我们把六个单元音学完以后，吕老师就让我们一个一个站起来过人人关。我读完之后就是王悉璇，但我认为王悉璇读的比我要好得多。然后等我们全班都闯完关的时候，老师就给我们布置了作业，然后我们就放学了。

We can see that Chinese students get 90 percent of their income from their parents, however, American students get only 50 percent from their parents. Besides, Chinese students get only 5 percent of their income from doing part time jobs and another 5 percent from scholarships while money from part time jobs and scholarships for American students amount to 35 and 15 percent respectively.
From the above analysis, we can easily come to the following three conclusions. The first conclusion is that Chinese parents like to take more care of their children. They＇d rather work harder and live thriftily in order to provide their children with everything they need. American parents, on the other hand, like to pay more attention to the development of their children＇s ability to be independent. They＇d rather encourage their children to support themselves. The second conclusion is that Chinese students are more dependent on their parents whereas American students are more dependent on themselves. Lastly, there are fewer people in America, so it is easier for students to findapart time job. However, in China, such chances are rare since we have so many people looking for jobs.

Just as more and more people are beginning to realize, there are many advantages in country life. Despite the fact that I have never lived in the country, I feel that life down there seems to be very pleasant and fulfilling.
One advantage to living in the country is that the schools are smaller, thus allowing the teachers to work closer with their students. Country teachers are able to know their students personally and learn of their needs and interests. Thus, students in country schools do not feel as if they were just part of a large mass of animals; instead, they feel as if someone really cares whether they are learning useful information or just acquiring a grade. The most important part of country life is the closeness one gains to nature. By just stepping out of a house and looking around, one can see trees, grass, animals, and everything nature has to offer us. Just to look up in the sky at night and to see the many thousands of stars glimmering in the dark, or to see lightning bugs swarming around tall, majestic trees gives one such a feeling of closeness to nature that one may never want to leave but stay there forever, watching and wondering in awe at the beauty of nature.
I know that I will always love the country, and someday I hope I have the opportunity to live there and enjoy all the advantages that it has to offer, everything that the city could never hope to provide.
