在英语老师说完准备好了吗的那一刹那，比赛开始了！在老师写下第一个单词的第一个字母时，我赶紧翻到了那个区域，正在我埋头苦找的时候，突然有人举起手喊道：“老师，我找到了！”我的'心顿时冰到了极点。“完了，第一个都没抢到。”可我并没有灰心，我在字典上一遍又一遍地翻着，一次又一次地找着，没有，还是没有。我依然坚持着，额头上不禁多了几滴汗珠。终于，功夫不负有心人，我在经历了四次后找到了第五个单词，看到单词的后面写上了我的学号，心里别提有多高兴了！
最终，我以成功查到三个英语单词的成绩获得了第三名，还不错嘛！我心里美滋滋的想着。
